Yes, certainly our subconscious is also linked to our fears. Please, we all know fear of real 'danger' is a good thing. But can we love our~self enough to turn fear into perspective? We can ask ourselves if it falls into any, or all of these? Fear of: what we'll loose, what we won't get, or what others think? These are our feelings. Feelings are not tangible, yet they control our behaviors.
What can we do? Well once we can honestly identify the source of our fear, it's our choice to face the truth or keep feeling the pain. Very often we're lost on what to do, or why we keep doing what causes pain to our~self or others. No one ever said this is going to be easy for humans not brought up to pay attention to feelings&nature with confidence.
Nature, in any form (dreams, animals, the sky, other people . .) will and does show our subconscious confirmations of what to do or stop doing. USA-ians*, at least, are not brought up to recognize or appreciate the power of nature to guide our emotions&actions. Nature has an undeniable force we can begin to teach today's children to recognize.
As the natural~law of averages goes, most USA-ians* want to know, wish to know, need to know . . how to "follow their heart"; which stems from the myriad of DNA-mix probabilities for our heart . . which eventually leads to the subconscious~self.
May the great mystery make sun rise in your heart ~
